My mission for Rebel Lux is to provide resources, information, and a support network to women who are using decorative paper planning to strive for unconventional dreams.

As a woman focused on building a business rather than a family, I know how lonely it can feel to think that no one understands or approves of your goals - but the more I talk to others, the clearer it becomes that none of us is alone. We just need a place to find each other. Through DIY tutorials, custom-designed resources, and supportive community engagement, I enable you to pursue your ambitions with enthusiastic encouragement. Using a planner is all about what's right for YOU. Define what success looks like for you, and pursue your passions fiercely. I'll be right here cheering you on.

Need some help figuring it all out? No sweat. Head on over to Facebook and join the Rebel Planners community. Our clan of kindred spirits will have your back. With daily discussion topics and sharing opportunities, we're easy to get to know and we're happy to assist with whatever we can. Remember: an honest question is never a stupid question. Ask away!

If you're tired of feeling like an outsider because your dreams are different, I can help.

Just like hopes & dreams, planning is personal. It's all about what you like and what works for you. It's tempting to fall into a "keeping up with the Joneses" mentality, especially if you're trawling through all those gorgeous images on Instagram, but there's nothing wrong with having a bolder, darker, or more minimal style. I'm all about creating resources for those of us who swim outside the mainstream.

TWEET: Don't fall into the trap of 'keeping up with the Joneses.' Your planner is about YOU.

Brittany Ledyard
Owner and Artist

My name is Brittany. I'm a pagan planner girl & professional graphic designer living in Seattle with my beau and a narcoleptic mathematician roommate. I'm an avid writer, dancer, kinkster, crafter, nightclub DJ and social justice bard.

I love audiobooks, industrial music, Thai food, showtunes, learning new things, rainy days, and my ridiculously huge blended family. I'm also an unrepentant geek who will talk your ear off about any number of nerdy subjects if given half the chance.

I believe in intersectional feminism, body positivity, good communication, health at every size, and innocent until proven guilty.

My goal is to create inserts and stickers that support women by helping them to grow, organize, and self-actualize.
